The background color combination of text and background that makes the text a little bit hard to read. And it is too dull.

Text links are not underlined and not clear to the visitor. The background color interrupted the links.

Navigation is not really consistent throughout the web site. The navigation buttons and bars do not provide the visitor with a clue to where they are. There are orphan pages in the web site; there is no links back to where we came from.

The General design are lack of contrast such as in background color, text, to create hierarchy of information, did not put any effort on the design. There are pages that look okay in one browser but not in another pages.
